Products
All items are hand-embellished in small quantities.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in colour, finish, or detailing may occur. These variations are part of the character of artisan pieces and are not considered faults.
All products are subject to availability.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Order Acceptance
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Acceptance of your order occurs when your item is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
• Payment is not authorised
• There has been a pricing or listing error
• The item is unavailable
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.
Pomme d’Or is not liable for delays caused by postal services once the item has been dispatched.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must notify us in writing within this period if you wish to cancel.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
We will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability
